I had a great stay at La Passion Classic Hotel for 5 nights. The location was perfect, allowing easy access to the Old Quarter while being just far enough to avoid the hustle. The staff were friendly and accommodating, which really enhanced my experience. However, I did encounter some issues with the bathroom installations and cleanliness that could use improvement.

Rooms
8.0
The Executive City View room was spacious, with a comfortable bed, but the cleanliness could be better. Also, the bathtub was uncomfortably high, causing some bruising.
Service
9.0
The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, offering assistance with everything from the phone to the TV, which was much appreciated.
Location
8.0
It's located in the heart of the Old Quarter, making it easy to walk to many attractions, though I did find it a bit far on hotter days requiring taxi rides.
Dining

Breakfast was enjoyable but could use more variety; I loved the coffee and dry noodles, but I wasn't a fan of the pho due to its unusual taste.
Facilities
8.0
The hotel offered great amenities like room service and a welcome drink, but I think a little more attention to cleanliness would elevate the experience.

I had a wonderful 9-day stay at La Passion Classic Hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive (which was a huge plus for me as I needed a lot of assistance with technology). The location was perfect, right on the edge of the Old Quarter, making it easy to walk to various attractions. However, I did notice that the furniture was a bit dated and the noise from the street could be bothersome at times.

Rooms

I stayed in the Executive City View room, which was quite spacious and clean (the new mattresses were a great surprise!). Although the bathtub was a bit high for comfort, the overall room was satisfactory.
Service
9.0
The service was commendable; the reception staff were particularly helpful and went out of their way to accommodate me when I arrived early.
Location
8.0
The hotel is situated in a tree-lined area, which felt peaceful and distinct from the typical hustle of Hanoi. Being just on the outskirts of the Old Quarter meant I could enjoy easy access to tourist spots without the overwhelming noise.
Dining

Breakfast was satisfactory, though I found the variety to be limited (the coffee and dry noodles were enjoyable!). However, the pho didn't appeal to my taste due to an unusual flavor.
Facilities

The provided facilities like room service and laundry were reliable. A great convenience for travelers like me who need assistance during their stay.

I had a pleasant stay at La Passion Classic Hotel, where the staff was incredibly helpful and the location was just perfect, allowing easy access to Hanoi's Old Quarter. The rooms were comfortable and clean, but I did notice some dated furniture and occasional noise from the street. Overall, it provided a good experience for a budget-friendly stay. 😊

The Deluxe City View room was spacious and comfortable. While the furniture felt a bit dated, the cleanliness made up for it. The shower and tub installation could use improvement, though.

The staff was extremely obliging and always willing to assist with my tech needs, which I truly appreciated as I struggled with my devices. They were quick and friendly during check-in and check-out.

I loved the hotel's location on tree-lined streets, making it feel more relaxed while still being close to the main attractions of the Old Quarter. It was super convenient for exploring the area on foot.
Dining

Breakfast was enjoyable, especially the coffee and dry noodles, although I wish there had been more variety each day. I found the pho not to my taste, maybe because of the coriander flavor.
Facilities

The hotel offers decent facilities, including room service and laundry, which made my stay comfortable. However, I found the lack of more leisure facilities to be a bit of a drawback.

I recently stayed at La Passion Classic Hotel for 5 nights and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The location is fantastic, being so close to the Old Quarter, making it easy to explore the area. However, the bathroom fixtures could use some attention, as I had a rough time with the bathtub height. The breakfast was enjoyable, although a bit more variety would have been nice.

Rooms

I stayed in the Executive City View room and appreciated the spaciousness, but the shower and bathtub were not properly installed, leading to some discomfort. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, which I liked.
